Brian Noble hails Crusaders after play-off loss to Huddersfield
Brian Noble has urged his Crusaders players to build on the successful season which ended with a cruel 18-12 play-off defeat at Huddersfield on Saturday, even though he will be leaving Wrexham. Noble is heading for Australia where he is expected to take a managerial role with the Penrith Panthers, and will be succeeded at the Racecourse by Iestyn Harris and Jon Sharp. "What I said to the players was: 'You've given yourselves a taste of the high life there,' and they enjoyed it," he said. "I think they're bitterly disappointed because we could have gone on and kicked on, and we didn't. That should be for them to make sure they go a bit further next year."
