Totality, 2009. On the 22nd of July 2009 Bhutan witnessed a total solar eclipse. In the remote mountain of Bhemri, I got to view this powerful event together with twelve Buddhist monks. Afghan workers usually hide their position with the US army to their own family and friends so as not to put them in danger.
