Media Monkey's BBC strike caption competition

Is that a gesture of solidarity or is he just banging on about the size of his payoff? Monkey would love to know what was said when Newsnight economics editor Paul Mason (left) met outgoing BBC deputy director general Mark Byford (right) on the picket line outside BBC Television Centre. We can only hope that neither of them are saying, in the style of HM the Queen, "And what do you do?" There is no truth in the rumour that Byford isn't taking any chances and has his entire pension pot, in used £50 notes, in his rucksack. And no, Mason isn't about to swing that placard. He is merely holding it over his shoulder. In any case, please leave your suggestions for captions below.
