If we can manage to get him, he could be brilliant for us." • Almost inevitably, Craig Bellamy scored on his Cardiff debut and, according to reports, it was a screamer: the Bluebirds rolled Doncaster over 4-0 , with Bellamy playing the provider too. Championship defenders are going to be so busy trying to contain him that Cardiff's other strikers are going to fill their boots, aren't they? • In League One, Peterborough produced the comeback of the day, against top-drawer opposition too, in the shape of their 4-2 triumph at home to Huddersfield . • All the talk at Bournemouth recently has been about the future of young striker Brett Pitman , but could boss Eddie Howe be even hotter property? His Cherries side won 3-0 at Tranmere to remain unbeaten and make it two wins out of three since their promotion. • Game of the day? Surely Rotherham 6-4 Cheltenham (with four goals for Adam Le Fondre)? Though Bristol City's 3-3 draw at home to Barnsley sounded pretty tasty as well. • Torquay remain perfect in League Two, getting the better of Bradford 2-0 . I believe that's 10 clean sheets in a row in league games ... • And a quick word for Carlisle, Chesterfield and Crewe, 4-1 , 4-0 and 7-0 winners at home to MK Dons, Hereford and Barnet (League Two basement boys), respectively.
