Write for us about: your favourite festival

Given we're in the bleak midwinter, what better time to reflect on that most summery of pastimes: standing in a field watching live music. What makes a good music festival? Is it all about the bands? The atmosphere? The location? Are big festivals best, or does something more boutique float your boat? Next week we'll be featuring a readers' panel on the best music festivals. Whether it's Glastonbury, T in the Park, ATP, Latitude, End of the Road, or something we've never even heard of, we'd like to hear your thoughts on what you think the best festival is and why. If you'd like to contribute, write a brief paragraph (no more than 100 words) on any music festival explaining why you think is best, and send it to [email protected] before 9am on Thursday 22 December.
