University Guide 2011: Check our subject spreadsheet

The all new, exclusive and interactive Guardian University Guide 2011 will launched on 8 June. We are now finalising the tables and we need some urgent feedback from university administration departments. The spreadsheet shows which subjects at each university will be included in the tables. If your institution believes it has been omitted from a subject table – or wrongly included for that matter – please get in touch immediately via email: [email protected]. We'd like your submissions by 5pm Friday 21 May, with a clear explanation of why you would expect to be in (or not be in) a particular subject table. This year we intend to list the departments that have insufficient data with which to be compared to other providers. Departments need to have had at least 35 full-time, first-degree students in 2008/09 to make an unranked appearance alongside the tables. The grid shows which subject tables a university has explicitly asked to be excluded from. The second sheet displays data that has been deemed non-credible and excluded from the tables. Please note that data validation is ongoing and that it is conceivable that further data exclusions could lead to departments leaving the participation table. Download and check the spreadsheet here .
