Rwandan editor under arrest

Rwandan police have arrested Agnes Nkusi Uwimana , editor of a bi-monthly independent newspaper, Umurabyo , on charges of inciting violence, discrimination and genocide denial. Her arrest, which followed warnings from the Media High Council last month, follows the publication of an article that equated Rwanda's president, Paul Kagame , with Hitler.
