Help arts cutswatch

On my blog, theguardian.com/charlottehiggins , I'm starting a long-term project for which I shall be inviting you – readers, lovers of the arts, audiences, artists, arts administrators, experts – to chart the effects of the economic climate and of the coming cuts to funding. I want to hear about effects on your local museum, theatre, heritage organisation, dance company, orchestra, festival, whatever. It will be a place where information and news can be shared, so that between us we can map and monitor the effects of cuts as they are implemented. Not cheery, but necessary. Please contribute.
