Times paywall numbers don't add up
Dan Sabbagh has been looking closely at the (alleged) numbers of users reported to have paid for access to The Times and Sunday Times and speculated on what it means in terms of income. His lengthy analysis may be full of guesstimates and some leaps of imagination, but it is interesting all the same. It appears that the numbers do not add up kindly for News International , promoting Sabbagh - a former Times media commentator - to conclude that, thus far, the experiment has not worked.
