Serco signs MoU with Cabinet Office

It has announced that it has reached the deal with the Cabinet Office, following similar deals with a number of other IT suppliers which met with minister Francis Maude in July. The company said the savings will be made through scope changes and cost efficiencies and are not material to the group's financial expectations. Christopher Hyman, Serco Group chief executive, said: "I am very pleased that we have signed our MoU with the UK government and we look forward to continuing to support our customer in the delivery of essential public services."
